We are more than a gaming site — we are an active Malaysian player community, a platform built on trust, safety, and genuine fun. Learn more about who we are, what we believe in, and why hundreds of thousands of players choose Welcome888 every day.
It started with a simple vision — to make online betting safer, fairer, and more enjoyable for every player in Malaysia.
Welcome888 was founded with one clear goal: to build an online betting platform that truly feels made for Malaysians. Not a foreign platform half-translated, not a confusing interface, not a frustrating deposit and withdrawal process — but something that genuinely understands local needs and preferences.
Over 8 years in operation, we've grown from a small platform into one of Malaysia's most active online betting destinations. More than 500,000 members have trusted Welcome888 as their go-to place to play, and that number keeps growing every day. We don't take that trust lightly — it's a responsibility we carry with the utmost commitment.
We understand that when a player deposits money into their account and chooses to play on our platform, they are placing their full trust in us. That is why every decision we make — from selecting game providers and data encryption systems to payment methods and how our support team communicates with players — is made with our members' best interests and comfort as the priority.
Welcome888 operates under a valid international licence and is regularly audited by independent bodies to ensure fair play. All transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Read Responsible Gaming Policy us for more information.
The platform launched with a focus on sports betting and core casino games, serving Malaysian players who needed a more trustworthy alternative.
Over 200 slot games were added through partnerships with leading providers such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming.
An online bingo room was introduced, attracting a new segment of players and strengthening the Welcome888 community identity.
A major milestone — Welcome888 reached 100,000 active monthly members, with daily withdrawals exceeding RM 500,000.
A redesigned mobile-optimized interface has launched, featuring local e-wallet support and a faster KYC process.
Welcome888 continues to grow with a collection of over 500 games, 12 active bingo rooms, and an ever-stronger Malaysian player community.
Six things we take seriously to ensure the best experience for every member
Every transaction and member's personal data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. We use two-factor authentication (2FA) and real-time account activity monitoring to ensure your account stays secure from any unauthorised access.
We know how important it is to receive your winnings quickly. Withdrawals at Welcome888 are processed in under 2 minutes via popular e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay, or directly to a local bank account via FPX.
Over 500 games spanning video slots, live table games, sports betting, online bingo, and more — all from globally accredited providers that have passed independent fairness testing. There is something for every type of player at Welcome888.
Our friendly support team is on duty around the clock — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Reach us via in-platform live chat for immediate assistance in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
Welcome888 is fully optimised for smartphones and tablets. Our responsive interface delivers a smooth gaming experience with no extra app download required — just open your browser and start playing from anywhere.
From welcome bonuses for new members to loyalty rewards for long-time players, Welcome888 always has something for its members. Check the Promotions us for the latest offers updated every week.
These principles are not just words on an office wall — they are how we make decisions every single day.
In an industry often clouded by doubt, we at Welcome888 believe the best way to build trust is through consistent action. Not bold slogans, but by making sure every player experience — from the moment they sign up to every withdrawal they make — feels simple, fair, and transparent.
These values also determine who we hire, which providers we choose to work with, and how we handle complaints or technical issues. Every decision is weighed against one simple question: is this the best outcome for our members?
Payout rates, bonus terms, privacy policy — all clearly stated and easy to understand. No hidden terms, no conditions that only appear at critical moments.
All games at Welcome888 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) independently audited by third-party bodies. Every slot spin, every bingo number — completely random and tamper-proof.
Welcome888 is more than just a business platform — we are a community. Our players' voices are heard, feedback drives our improvements, and our members' success is our success too.
We believe the fun of playing should always stay fun. Betting limit management tools, mandatory breaks, and links to problem gambling support organizations are available to all members, no conditions attached.
Our platform is regularly updated based on player feedback and the latest technology developments. We never settle for the status quo — there is always room to do better.
Every aspect of our platform is built on three pillars we have never compromised on
A multi-layered security infrastructure that protects member data and funds at all times. From data encryption to real-time transaction monitoring, your security is our top priority.
Instant deposits, withdrawals in minutes, fast page loads — we respect your time. The Welcome888 platform is optimized for high performance even during peak traffic.
Over 500 games, multiple payment methods, multilingual support, and promotions for all types of players. Welcome888 has something for everyone, regardless of your playing style.
Gaming is only truly fun when it stays within healthy boundaries
At Welcome888, we understand that not every player has the same relationship with gambling. Some play purely for entertainment, some see it as a strategic challenge, and some may struggle to stay in control. For all of these players, support is available — no need to feel embarrassed or hesitant to ask for it.
Our platform comes with comprehensive self-management tools — you can set daily or weekly deposit limits, restrict your playing time, or activate a self-exclusion feature if you feel you need a break from the platform for a while. All settings are accessible directly from your account without any complicated process.
We also ensure that Welcome888 is only accessible to those aged 18 and above. Our identity verification (KYC) process is not merely a formality — it is a core part of our commitment to keeping this platform a safe and responsible space.
